Front spindle and knuckle repair 

My right front spindle was in sad, sad shape. What appeared to be the original bearing had spun and overheated in its 50,000 mile life. The bore of the knuckle was oversized and the spindle diameter was undersized. I cut down these parts, had them spray welded with stainless steel, and remachined them.

I undercut about 0.030 to give room for the spray build-up.
